Abstract

Wheat also from Syria and Iraq. Wheat (Triticum spp.) Is a grain crop, similar to the rice that can be made various foods, like bread and pasta. Wheat is an important yangpaling food crop in the world. The plant is believed that the first time grows wild in the Middle East known as the Fertile Crescent region. Fertile Crescent region is in the Middle East region that combines the Levant (about Lebanon), Ancient Mesopotamia and Ancient Egypt. The area is the confluence of the Nile, the Euphrates and Tigris rivers include the 400 thousand - 500 thousand square kilometers stretching from the east coast of the Mediterranean Sea, around the northern Plains across the Syrian and the Arabian Peninsula and Mesopotamia to the Persian Gulf. The area that connects the area now called Egypt, Israel, West Bank, Gaza lane, Lebanon, part of Jordan, Syria, Iraq, southeast Turkey and Southwest Iran.
